This is the first place where I’ve seen gluten free cones. I tried it and it was really good. Everything is labeled so you know what has gluten and they wash the scoops after each use.

Butter and Cream went out of their way to help me get celiac safe gluten free fresh ice cream. The manager was extremely careful on a busy hot summer evening with a line out the door. Pro tip: ask for scoops from new containers in the back to avoid any cross-contamination risk. They eventually did that for me, and it worked out great. Enjoy!
