Butter It Up is a completely gluten-free establishment. I enjoyed the gluten-free buffalo chicken wrap for lunch and didn’t leave a bite behind. My wife who does have celiac disease enjoyed a breakfast sandwich on a gluten-free English muffin for lunch.

This place is 100% gluten-free. It is inside the market so a little bit hard to find if you don’t know what you’re looking for. Foot was fantastic! I had a breakfast sandwich and my husband had the buffalo wrap! Can’t wait to travel through again so we can come back! This place is definitely a quick stop as you place your order at the register and then sit down and they bring you the food.

Absolutely divine. I had the avocado toast and bought pumpkin muffins and Congo bars. Wish I could eat there again

I love when I can actually try everything that my non gf husband orders, and I was able to do that here! I ordered the Porkey Pig omelet with a side of toast and the blackberry cold brew, he got the French Toast. Everything was delicious, and he said if he hadn't known the French Toast was gf, he would have never guessed! I love finding dedicated places like this, and always find myself wishing I lived closer!

Had lunch here (chicken Caesar wrap and an iced tea) and it was great! So convenient to the interstate. This was a perfect lunch spot on our road trip!

Just ate here and the fact everything is gluten free makes my heart happy. Got the beef nachos, grilled chicken Caesar Salad and the Buffalo Chicken Salad sandwich. All 3 were excellent! I recommend coming anytime your in the area!

The food was fantastic. It has been 3 hours since I ate here with no reaction, which normally means I’m safe. I asked about the gluten free food claim and they told me that every ingredient is gluten free, but then warned me about possible gluten in some of the protein powders they sell. They seem to really care about the safety of celiacs.

As others have said, and as the restaurant has posted, all items are gluten free but they are not a certified gluten free facility. I'm not really sure of this distinction, but it was minor enough for me to enjoy a ham and cheese sandwich without any after-effects.

Delicious! We stopped by for brunch. We had avocado toast and an omelette. The restaurant sign says it’s all gluten free, but is not a certified gluten free business.

This place gives me such major main character vibes. The ability to look at the menu and know I can order anything and not have to ask about ingredients or hidden gluten is just *chef kiss*. I have never gotten sick here, staff is incredible, service is great, they don’t even laugh when I still ask if something is GF out of habit. I always feel so normal when I order here, I get to look at a menu and order anything that sounds good, not just what might sound safe. This place is a dream come true, especially for a lil place like Huntington.

I am very sensitive to cross contamination and had no reaction. I had eggs, sausage, bacon, fried potatoes, and gluten free toast. All was very tasty and a great experience!

Everything is gluten free so no chance of contamination. They were out of bagels and English muffins which is all my celiac kid would have eaten. He did try the nachos but he didn't care for cheese. Luckily this cafe is inside a market with other restaurants so my husband ran over to the nearby Greek restaurant and grabbed gf fries.. This is not a mainstream place with fries nor American cheese. Got preschoolers grilled cheese sandwich omitting the bacon and switching the goat cheese with cheddar. They enjoyed it. I ordered the BBQ grilled cheese sandwich. The BBQ was awesome but it had only ever been second time I've eaten goat cheese and didn't care for it. Next time I will substitute the cheese. The service was good. Not outstanding but not terrible. If you are celiac and into farm fresh foods then you will like this place. Review says one dollar sign but I would give it 2 dollar signs because I felt their prices were high...not high for quality but def for quantity.

They use various items that are not safe for celiac. Tony's creol Seasoning, Kroger brand soy sauce and various other spices that are not considered to be gluten free

The staff was fantastic. The omelettes and avocado toast are very tasty! My daughter loved the chocolate chip muffin and the “Congo” bar. This is definitely Celiac safe HOWEVER, choose your seating wisely. This is an open air market and there is a cinnamon bun prep area, with loose flour, situated right next to a seating area; there are other, smarter, seating areas around the market.

A hidden gem, everything is gluten free even though they don't promote it on their menu or website. Food was delicious! Location has changed to 809 3rd Ave in The Market.

EVERYTHING HERE IS GLUTEN FREE!! Came in to get breakfast thinking if we could get eggs made in a separate pan it would be wonderful ordered breakfast and then found out everything is gluten-free could you pick up French toast or bagel or anything.

Inside the marketplace that he has other items so maybe that’s why they don’t advertise as dedicated gluten-free, but they are!!

Hope to come back and buy some of their retail bagels to try them, they also have some retail items like English muffins and other things. A good find people should know about this place BUTTER IT UP!

Ok, this is an overall rating. The prices at this place are almost DOUBLE on many items you would find at other eateries. For example, I saw on their Facebook page that they had sweet potato pancakes offered on their dinner menu. It was breakfast time, so I asked if I could get them as a side item, and they obliged. I thought our total was a little on the high side, which eating gluten free is not cheap.

After we left, I looked at the receipt, I was charged 10.49 for 3 silver dollar sized pancakes!!

I bought some frozen bagels to go, no prices were listed, and I normally pay 4-6 for a package. Not here, again, I looked at the receipt AFTER I left, $8.59 for the bagels!!

Ask about the desserts before you buy. The counter person admitted 1 kind had been sitting in the display cabinet 2-3 days.

Tasty food - WAY OVER PRICED.
