Staff were knowledgeable and answered all of our questions; food was tasty and we left with full bellies. There was a wide range of options and the buff cow mascot was a kick. Food came quickly. Highly recommended.

We stopped through on a road trip. To be honest, it was pretty marginal. The eggs were tasteless and overcooked, bagels were try and no better than what you get at a grocery store. My family did say the coffee was delicious, but honestly I would not eat here again.

Absolutely wonderful. many locals getting luxury coffees. Expanding menu. We had bacon and egg bagels. Same prices as "regular" food at other places. Please support @Dedicated Good Food for Celiacs Nationwide on Facebook

By far the worst gluten-free meal that we have had in a restaurant in 25 years. Seriously. Owner needs to step in and teach the cook how to cook... We ordered the ""Yeti" breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausage links, and banana pancakes. Sausage "links" were hand formed patties that didn't have a chance...patties had sections that were wafer thin next to areas that were very thick. Even the thick portion was very dry and overcooked. The eggs lacked seasoning. The banana pancakes were very tough and had no actual banana. The cook asked how our breakfast was, my husband paused and said "Would you like the truth?" The cook said yes, so we told him. I asked if the pancakes were frozen or made from coconut flour (sometimes it's difficult to get a nice texture). "No, it's Krustaez mix and we add eggs & vanilla." Maybe it's the mix, however given the toughness our bet is these were severely over beaten and over cooked. The cook just walked back into the kitchen. No offer to make it right, make us something else, whatever... Unfortunately we tipped when we placed our order, before we got our food. On the plus side, the maple syrup was excellent and the coffee was very good, bringing the total rating up to one star (yes, breakfast was actually that bad!)

100% gluten free. We stopped here for lunch with my celiac daughter. It's nice to have a safe place to stop and eat on a stretch of road where there aren't many other safe choices. My daughter loved her Against the Grain bagel with cream cheese. The sweet potato boat and breakfast taco were unique and delicious. Staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend it for breakfast and lunch if you are driving through the area.
