Was excited about gf pancakes but was informed by server that everything was cooked on the same flattop. Got the Italian omelette with fruit. Not the best I’ve had very over cooked and unseasoned. Would say good for gluten friendly but not celiac friendly.

Had a wonderful server, Brian, who explained that nearly everything could be made GF. They even had GF pancakes and toast that was so so yummy and fluffy. Wouldn’t even had known they were GF. Also, get a mimosa tower or three, so fun. Wish they had a specific GF menu though or markings on the menu

This restaurant moved locations recently. Because of this move, they may have changed their menu. The first time I went there, their menu stated whether a dish was gf or not and had an option to “ask your server for a gf menu”. Their menus are no longer like this. If it was someone’s first time going to the restaurant, then it would be hard to tell whether they are gf friendly or not. I got their gf waffles the first time I went there before their menu and location change and they were amazing. I had to ask the server for them this time. They make their own special gf batter. I did not ask whether they used a separate waffle maker but my guess is that they do not. The waffle tasted like waffle batter (good or bad depending on whether you like this taste to be amplified or not) and the texture was like a typical waffle with gluten (which does not happen with too many gf bread and flour options). I really enjoyed it! I am gluten intolerant and did not have a reaction to this waffle. They have additional options such as huevos rancheros that are made with corn tortillas. I am unsure whether they can replace sandwiches and biscuits with gf bread and buns- that would be something to inquire next time. Great staff and quick service. Enjoy!
