100% gluten free. everything. I also have allergies to oats and soy and as soon as I told them they brought out the flip book of all the ingredients of everything they had for sale. They didnt make me feel uncomfortable for having extra allergies. absolutely amazing. I got the lemon cake and the almond cookies! worth the visit if you're in NYC.
