Review of Byblos

The waiter was very knowledgeable about what I could snd couldn’t have and what could be adjusted, and even warned me about what could be adjusted but wouldn’t taste as good. He alerted the kitchen and chef that I had Celiac and I felt very safe eating there. I had Brussels Sprouts with Haloumi, Beef Shortrib kebab and Persian Rice. To drink, I had “Your Wish is my Command”. Everything was very tasty.
