First visit, the cook came to the table to offer options (not many-- mashed, white bean chili or salad) but I was confident with his knowledge level and level of attention. I came back again as a result of him. Second visit, waitress was not knowledgeable and the cooks offered no help. I love when the wait staff condescends to inform me 'all foods in a fryer become gf because it's cooked off'. I had an immediate reaction to my meal (grilled chx sandwich/no bread, mashed). Fun environment. If I ever return, it'd be for a beverage only. Care not taken against cross contamination and limited knowledge of staff.
