Such a treat to eat at a dedicated GF restaurant with such high quality and tasty food! I had a shredded beef and pickled onion quesadilla and it was amazing! The beef was smoky, flavorful, juicy, tender, and no fat or gristle to be had. I was completely stuffed after eating the whole thing. The tomatoes in the pico de gallo were so fresh and sweet — it was the best I’ve ever had. Even the tortilla chips were amazing. I can’t wait to go back!
