The waitress was polite, but had zero knowledge of Celiac disease or gluten-free needs. They had gf bread but nothing to go with it. She said lunch meat for sandwiches was not gf - uncertain if there was a gf toaster available. They had 2 gf salad options with NO available gf salad dressing options. She could not say if the vegetables were prepared in a gf safe manner. I settled on a grilled chicken breast with no seasoning bc I was afraid to chance more. I would have left but I'm staying at the hotel for a medical appointment, it was late and I had to be up early in the morning. When the waitress brought the chicken breast, she said, "that sure looks lonely." She was right, it did. This was truly one of the saddest gf meals I have eaten in 7 years with CD. I'm praying I don't get sick. I gave it one star because at least the waitress was polite to me and went to the kitchen several times to ask questions on my behalf.
