This is a great place just off I-35 to get breakfast or lunch. They have gluten free bread or bagels for a range of breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches. They are knowledgeable and friendly about making sure my order is safe. For example, they do not have a separate toaster, so they ask if I want it toasted or if cross contamination is a concern they recommend not. They also change gloves and make sure they confirm my order is gluten free.

It’s perfect if you’re in the area or traveling through and need a safe breakfast or lunch!
