While the food is pretty good I would not recommend it to anyone with a gluten allergy or celiac. They make their tortillas so I think flour is really everywhere and gets in most of their food. I just got a steak bowl but still got really sick after. My family really enjoyed the food but it’s a no go for me unfortunately.

Separate fryers for the chips. I avoid the corn tortillas because of cross contamination and order a bowl.

Although the company does not have a gf menu, they do use different utensils for each condiment/ meat so I have never had a reaction here. Most of their menu is gf other than the usual stuff like all their tortillas. No corn tortillas are offered but their bowls are amazing, highly recommend.
