Review of Cabo Bob's

the website says they have a thorough policy on gluten free orders, but the man making the tortillas didn’t seem to know this policy. he changed his gloves, but he then picked up flour tortillas and put them on the cooker, and tried to use that for my order. after explaining my celiac again, he used corn tortillas, but didn’t change gloves or put foil under it so it doesn’t touch the cooker’s service. thankfully a kind cashier came over and helped, but i feel the people actually working with the food should probably be the ones to know about the policies.
