Review of Cacique Restaurant

I loved this restaurant! The waiter wasn’t entirely sure that what we were ordering was gluten-free, but he went to the back and verified. He didn’t understand the soy sauce have gluten in it, but he did tell us it was present. We asked him if he could leave it out, and as far as I can tell, they did an excellent job keeping us safe. The staff was wonderful, the restaurant was adorable, and the food was amazing! I’ll definitely be back.
