I came here for dinner with friends on a Thursday evening. I asked our server if they had procedures in place to prevent cross-contamination, and she assured me they have an "allergy book" and they take it very seriously. They also recently got a dedicated fryer. The menu had gluten-smart icons next to the GF items, and it looked a little sparse, but some items could be made gluten free with modifications. I had the Cajun Chicken Cheddar Sandwich, and I really enjoyed it. It is supposed to come with a brioche bun, but I substituted a gluten-free bun. The bun was good, I didn't even notice any difference from gluten-free buns (except for the appearance). My friends ate a kale salad and a lemongrass salad with chicken, and they said they were really good. If I recall correctly, they were both gluten-smart options. There were also gluten-smart items in the "bowls" and steak sections.

I’ve ate at this location a number of times, ordering the med bowl three times. Each time the server let me know they had a new separate dedicated fryer, it’s been safe for 2/3 times (I’m a later in life diagnosis and currently extremely sensitive)! Not the biggest GF menu, but appreciate the efforts.

A great spot for gluten free food. Since they’re a chain, you can easily find allergen information. This location is big and spacious as well! They have a good understanding of gluten “allergies.” My favourite dishes are the hot chicken and pickles (made in a separate fryer) and the zen sushi rolls.

Really great staff, went and checked all the ingredients of the tofu bowl, there was a may contain on one sauce, I risked it because it seemed really unlikely to be an issue but could have gotten something else and it was reassuring that they'd tell me. Separate fryer!

They were so good with my little girl and had a separate fryer. She was so excited to have a cheeseburger with a bun she can eat and it was delicious!
