Went last evening for a meal. I am pleased to report that this particular Cactus Club now has a dedicated fryer. Service was excellent with knowledgeable staff.

The regular menu indicates 'gluten-friendly' items, and then they have a separate menu that lists everything, with additional items that can be adapted to GF. Lots of good options. They don't have a separate deep fryer, so fries are not safe for celiacs. My husband (celiac) ordered the curry. It was delivered by a manager. Everything was delicious. The atmosphere is quite noisy, and we went during stampede and were told there was a 2 hour sit time limit because they were so busy... we were out in plenty of time, but being told that was a turnoff. We highly recommend the food, though, and it felt like a safe place for celiacs.

Cactus Club offered a gluten free menu that showed regular menu items and how to make the gluten free. The staff were knowledgeable and the food came out marked as gluten free. The food was delicious and had vegan friendly options. The only down side is they do not have a dedicated gluten free fryer.

I’ve ate at this location a number of times, ordering the med bowl three times. Each time the server let me know they had a new separate dedicated fryer, it’s been safe for 2/3 times (I’m a later in life diagnosis and currently extremely sensitive)! Not the biggest GF menu, but appreciate the efforts.

A great spot for gluten free food. Since they’re a chain, you can easily find allergen information. This location is big and spacious as well! They have a good understanding of gluten “allergies.” My favourite dishes are the hot chicken and pickles (made in a separate fryer) and the zen sushi rolls.

Really great staff, went and checked all the ingredients of the tofu bowl, there was a may contain on one sauce, I risked it because it seemed really unlikely to be an issue but could have gotten something else and it was reassuring that they'd tell me. Separate fryer!
