I have been in Cactus several times and tried different plates from quesadillas to ceviche, from street corn to tacos, various cocktails and beer, always gluten free food, never had any symptoms even though I am very sensitive to gluten.
Strongly recommend this place not only for the quality of the food but also the quality of the service.
By the way, one of the managers is celiac and he is very strict and knowledgeable about the cross contamination.
