Review of Cadao Express

I've been here many times and they consistently confirm that the pho is gluten free. Pho and spring rolls are made from scratch, in-house. Avoid the hoisin (provided on the side) and the peanut sauce. Last night I tested the pho with my Nima and it also confirmed gluten free.
