Special ordered a GF bday cake. it was 9x13 for $30 and delicious!! Icing was extra good! Don't know if they have any separate prep area, but I am very sensitive and did not get sick. Every Friday they prepare one item gluten free. Could be cookies, brownies etc. They will prepare them at other times by special request with a minimum order.
