Another visit to the Market Buffet. The Sous Chef walked to each station and let me know what was gluten free. So many selections that I didn't have room for dessert. Because I have celiac, I am very sensitive to gluten.

When we arrived at the Market Buffet in Caesars, the Chef helped me by taking me around the buffet areas and explaining which items were GF. He also indicated that it is best to contact the chef/manager assigned to a specific area - Pizza, Salad etc. I recommend contacting the area chef/manager when dishing up your items. They even have GF dessert in a special area away from other non GF desserts. Eaten here a few times over 2 years and am always happy and never ill. Use good judgement in double checking if unsure about anything. I am super sensitive to gluten and have celiac.
