Cafe 121

I'm not Celiac but my family is so I know the things to ask. They know their business and the food is great. During this time of Covid, the dine in option is outdoor seating on weekends under sunscreens. The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable and I would certainly recommend Cafe 121 for a wonderful dining experience.

Best Ever! Chef makes bread and biscuits GF from scratch! You have to try it out.

Very friendly atmosphere! The owner discussed the menu and was knowledgeable about celiac vs gluten sensitivity menu selections. We will definitely visit again!!

Carefully thought out and executed menu Thanks to Chef Hamm. Service is awesome! Many GF items on the menu. Both my wife and I are gluten sensitive and their guidance and well identified menu selections make choices easy for us. We've eaten there many many times and will continue because we have no gluten reactions to what they prescribe as Gluten Free. They make a nut based bread that is frozen and ready for pick up as well. So good!!!

121 is one of our favorite go-to's when in Sanford. Array of GF menu offerings is surprisingly robust. Friendly staff and chef. Definitely recommend.
