At first they told me that the temperature in the toaster kills all gluten. I ordered the Alex chicken which is a red sauce dish over rice. First it came out with bread on that. They offered to take it off but I made them make a new one. An hour later I am sick. Not to mention, the food is disgusting.

Update: had a wonderful salad. I forgot to call ahead, but I was able to enjoy a delicious lunch anyway.
Reached out to see if there were gluten free options. If I call ahead, they will make sure to have gluten free bread and salad dressing. The salads and some of the soups are already gluten free. I was impressed they were willing to accommodate if given the heads up.
