The menus are terrible. No gluten free items were listed. I understand with covid, everything is slow but this was really slow service. The only thing gluten free was bland, grilled chicken with some slaw. It was fine. The rest of my family enjoyed their meals. I'm still hungry.

While their menu is not very helpful - the servers know how to tailor items to gluten friendly alternatives. Great portions!

First time in vegas. I was very please to be able to eat like everyone else. A bit pricy but we’re in Vegas. The food was very good.

Only one thing marked gluten free on the whole menu. They said they normally had gluten free bread, but were out. Talked with the server and he said they could make a quesadilla with corn tortillas. Ended up testing positive for gluten.

This is exactly what we wanted & needed. The wait wasn’t fun, but proved totally worth it. Rene F, our server, was friendly, GF knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. The GF toast tasted so great with my keto brekky of eggs & bacon. This place is big, not too loud, clean, quick, and DELICIOUS.
Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the options that would be best for my dietary needs (gf, sf, df) and mentioned 2 meals that would be best for me. Had the roasted chicken with herb seasoned potatoes and asparagus. I tested the chicken with my nima and it tested negative for gluten. Very good meal. A little pricey but it's worth it not to get sick!

They take celiac seriously here! They do not have a separate GF menu, but there are icons that state what is GF on the menu. I will say, however, they can do sandwiches GF, too, but that’s not very obvious on the menu. There is a small section on the breakfast menu that mentions they have GF bread, but it would’ve been nice if it was also listed as an option right under the sandwich section, too. I always get nervous about cross-contamination when there is bread involved, but they assured me that they use a separate toaster and prep area for that. I didn’t have any reactions after, so I feel they did a great job with this. Food is a little pricey, but it’s really good & I feel it’s worth it to not get glutened.

The server was very knowledgeable and honest about their gluten free offerings. The kitchen even has a separate stove to cook your meal, if you’re willing to wait for a bit.
I have eaten here twice. The breakfast menu seems limited, but a knowledgeable server modified other options. I have celiac disease, and I use a NIMA gluten tester. Everything I ordered was gluten free and delicious. Denver omelette!
