I had a wonderful omelet and gluten free bread and rolls. The wait staff was very knowledgeable. As soon as I asked for gluten free bread they asked if I was allergic and warned me there could be cross contamination in the kitchen. Since I am not celiac I said that was okay. The chef prepared my omelet in a separate clean pan anyway they told me. Five stars for a smart and trained staff!!!
