Review of Cafe Bella Vista

This restaurant is on site at the El Conquistudor resort. They were able to accommodate GF for their hamburger and pizza as well as some salads. The hamburger was served on GF bread. They have a cauliflower pizza crust. It is a shared oven. However, when we advised about the Gluten allergy, they were wiling to change flowers and put it in the oven on a separate pan. The wait staff also checked with the chef regarding safe salad dressings and advised for the vinaigrette. The food tasted excellent.
