Review of Café Bistro Pfefferminzje

This was a really disappointing experience. We went here because we heard they had gluten free items, and the menu said to ask the server about the daily gluten free cake options. I did, she listed several and I selected the chocolate torte. I clarified when she brought it to me that it was gluten free and she said yes. I had eaten most of it when I asked the server what kind of flour it had. She checked with the kitchen and returned to tell me that it was regular wheat flour. She was very apologetic and didn’t charge me for it, but I was disappointed that despite my caution and clarification (in German), a huge mistake that made me very sick was made. I didn’t actually get to try their other gluten free items, I can’t attest to those.
