Food quality has drastically gone down hill since changing owners. Current owner is rude to staff and fires or forces everyone to quit. Because of that, there is little to no knowledge of allergens or how to avoid cross contamination. "I think it's gluten free, but I don't know. You should be fine." If you don't know, ask. Food is prepped on shared surfaces, so cross contamination is pretty much guaranteed. There are no markings or identifiers on the menu for gluten free options. You can trust the tea and that's about it.

I got the turkey and salami sandwhich on gluten free bread and it was amazing! The bread didn’t fall apart like a lot of gluten free breads do. Would strongly recommend.

Lots of delicious soups and salads made fresh in house. Wonderful gf bread from a local vendor.

The entire menu is gluten free, with the exception of desserts. They use locally grown, gmo-gluten free whenever possible. The food is outstanding.

Great place with wonderful sandwiches and soups. All sandwiches can be made with gluten free bread and all the soups are safe. They also have lots a of interesting teas.
