Excellent food. Several GF options. I live out of town, but would definitely come back here if ever in the area again.
I have visited Cafe Bliss about 10 times since I found out about it about 3 months ago. My husband and I travel about 15 miles just for their breakfast, which is fantastic for those like me with gluten sensitivities and without like my husband who also enjoys their food. Mike, the owner, and his staff are always very accommodating to my sensitivities and willing to work with me. The french toast is made with bread brought in from a local bakery and it is fantastic (though I choose to bring my own pure maple syrup because they do not offer pure maple syrup). The omelets are great too. There are plenty of sides to choose from that are gluten free including home fries, turkey bacon, maple turkey sausage and cinnamon apples. They also have many items for lunch and breakfast. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Mike, the owner of Café Bliss, is very friendly and committed to offering high-quality safe and tasty gluten-free food. The restaurant is casual and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. From GF French toast to GF pasta to GF traditional middle eastern dishes, there are many delicious options for the gluten-challenged. I have celiac and he always takes care to make sure my meal is prepared safely. Café Bliss was a surprise find and is a great and unique option for the casual diner in Waxhaw!
