Neither the waiter nor kitchen staff was at all aware of celiac disease or safe prep practices. I took a hopeful risk on the quinoa pancakes after finding out (we had to make him double check) that the tortilla chips are fried in the same oil as other breaded things. Unfortunately, I'm in bed today with flu like symptoms and wishing I had trusted my instincts on this place!
