They have gf items marked on the menu but everything is cooked in the same pots and pans. When I asked the waitress about it she said, they’re busy so they can’t clean the pans in between but “have never had a problem.” 🙄 That they know of! Maybe would be fine if you’re not symptomatic. I ended up skipping the whole experience.

Awful experience. 2 gluten free dishes. All cooked in the same pots and pans as everything else.

I'm a super sensitive celiac and I felt completely safe eating here. Clearly labeled and absolutely delicious!!!

The staff was knowlegable and food was amazing. There were not so many glutenfree options.

All GF items are clearly indicated on the menu. They do NOT use gluten free soy sauce, rather GF items do not contain soy sauce. Food was delicious and there were enough choices that I could eat that we had a very satisfying meal. GF selection was not huge. Plenty of veggie options, most of the meat options were duck. The cold five spice beef was really really good, as was the duck with ginger.

The menu lists what items are gluten free, and I’ve eaten here many times without getting sick. The food is incredible, and it’s great to be able to eat Sichuan Chinese food safely.

Michelin star rated Chinese restaurant in midtown. They have GF designations on the menu, when I asked my server about celiac friendly prep and cross contamination, he steered me away from some GF labeled items that may have contained contaminated corn starch. I appreciated his knowledge, and was able to enjoy a (limited) meal with friends safely.
