An amazing find. I had found this place on here, went there and they told me that they could do everything gluten free. I had my first ever pastie in my whole life and shared it with my mum. I also shared a quiche and a scone with cream in jam because there was just too many options. All outstanding food. If I ever come back to Newquay I will be returning here and taste testing even more things because it all just looked so good! 😊 they also had a separate room so there was 0 cross contamination.
Great gluten free choices and attentive service. Finally a good scone and even dairy free cream.

Anything on the menu can be made gluten free, staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a separate room for all gluten free cooking and are very careful about contamination with all separate utensils. Good variety of options.

Fantastic gluten free menu. Breakfast, cream teas and lemon meringue pies. All prepared separately and delicious.
Lovely little cafe. Had gluten free afternoon tea. The sandwich had some of the best gluten free bread I've had. Beautiful homemade scone with jam and cream. Lots of other options on menu. Decor very cute also and bonus is dog friendly.
Highly recommend! I had a gluten free pasty, and went back the next day for gluten free breakfast and took away a gluten free treat. Loveliest staff, couldn’t be more helpful or knowledgeable. All gluten free items are prepped and made in a completely separate area so no cross contamination risk. Nicest gluten free bread I have had too, tasted like normal! Would 100% go back again ☺

Lovely little cafe! Offer a variety of meals for gluten free, all cooked in a separate kitchen to gluten containing meals. Lovely full English, waffles, cakes and pasties! Staff are lovely too!

We had a fantastic lunch here today. As soon as I told them my son was coeliac they explained that almost everything on the menu could be gluten free and how they had a completely separate room for it. We had a gf steak pasty, gf bacon and goats cheese toasty and the best gf scone I’ve ever tasted. I can’t recommend this place enough. We will be going back again before we head home.
So pleased to find a place where I can get a delicious gluten free pasty! And really pleasantly surprised to find the staff really knowledgeable with lots of gluten free cake options available too.
Lots of GF options including waffles, cakes and pasties. Also good vegan options. Takeaway and eat in available and dog friendly.
Best GF scones. Everything GF option. A glass cabinet full of GF cakes… a GF paradise. So so happy.

This is the holy grail of Gluten free Cafes.
They have a separate GF kitchen and everything is made Fresh on site.
The Scone was MASSIVE and had the most amazing taste and texture.
Everything we tried was life changing. It tasted completely normal just like gluten eaters get to have. Everything we tried was divine from a raspberry brownie to their Cornish Steak Pasty.
Their entire menu can be made GF. I will now make any excuse necessary to do the trip to Cornwall a few times a year to eat here again. The best part is you can have the exact same thing as a gluten eating friend so no one feels left out.
It’s definitely worth visiting!
I found this place on my way back to my car and I was so happy! They have a separate area to do the gluten free pasties , everyone there is super friendly and knows so much about the seriousness of an allergy. It was my first time having a Cornish pasty and it did not disappoint!
