Cafe Cubanos

Helpful English-speaking staff that understand coeliac disease and are very accommodating. The cubanos plate is ordinarily gluten free, and the subs can be done with gluten free bread. They could not verify whether the gelato is gluten free because the ingredients are in Japanese, so I didn't try it, but others might have more luck.

They had GF bread just delivered. Made us a cheese toastie with baking paper and oil (instead of butter). They also have GF cakes.

Ordered the best bacon and egg sandwich with crispy fat gf bread. So lucky that it had arrived 5mins after I ordered as she did say they had none but then it got delivered and man was it good. I added cheese and sausage (they weren’t sure the sausage was GF, but they usually are but don’t take my word for it)

They ask you if it’s allergy or choice I said allergy she said it will take a bit longer due to cleaning. Once again great understanding of celiac.
