Three stars for having gluten free offerings but the donut I had tasted stale and was crumbly. It was disappointing and not worth the calories. The coffee and ambiance is great.

From out of town and great find. About six gluten free options all wrapped separately. Had great apple crumb cake.

JP's pastry is a gluten-free bakery that supplies most of the baked items at Muertos. All of their products are gluten free and because they do not make anything with gluten they are safe! Love this place!

I tried the raspberry bar. It wasn't great. Too sugary and I usually love sweets. Tasted like a processed cereal bar. Not my favorite.

Gluten free baked goods are made on shared equipment but steps are taken to reduce contamination like baking on different days. Proceed with caution for super sensitives.

If I lived in Raleigh, I would spend A LOT of time in this place. Delicious coffee, great selection of GF goodies, wonderful people and ambiance.

When I first walked in the cashier asked if I had been in before. When I said no he introduced himself (and now I feel like a tool because I can't remember his name) and asked my name, then proceeded to call me by my name the whole time I was there.

After I ate a yummy GF cinnamon chip scone and drank a delicious iced vanilla latte I wanted to get some beans. They carry beans from two local roasters and also roast in-house. Ended up chatting with the owner, Mac, for quite awhile and trying a sample of the Uganda Kabum! from Oak City Coffee Roasters (roasted like two blocks down the street). I *never* drink black coffee. Its more like I like some coffee with my cream and sugar. But I really enjoyed the Kabum! black...it was really smooth.

We are in Raleigh for two more days and I'm sure I will be at Cafe de los Muertos each day.

Wow, all the baked goods are GF! I had a tasty piece of hummingbird cake with a chai tea and got a maple sweet potato muffin and a caramelito to go. There were probably 10-12 options total.(!) Cute decor and it seems like they're serious about coffee, too. Can't wait to come back and try more stuff!

The lady at the register had to repeat herself that ALL the bakery goods were gf. I had banana bread and a blueberry muffin. I'm taking some home as well. Totally happy!
