Cafe Delicias

I asked the same young woman many questions about their kitchen. Although her English was perfect, she clearly had NO knowledge of gluten-free. When taking me order, she asked if I wanted flour tortillas! I had my order as a take-out, and they gave me flour tortillas!! The food was mediocre. I can make better at home. Plus, there was a hair in my refined beans.
