Came here hoping for GF dim sum based on previous review. Server was super nice and pointed me to a list of items that were GF, but I confirmed half of them are fried in a shared fryer and not safe for celiac. She took my order of three items that are steamed/stir fried separate, asked if it was for celiac, very clearly marked GF, then unfortunately came to my table and let me know the chef said it wouldn’t be celiac safe to eat here because there was too much cross contact. 3 stars because I appreciate them taking it seriously and letting me know the risks instead of sweeping it under the rug, but I can’t recommend this spot to other celiacs. They were cool about me leaving and bringing back takeout from another spot though 🤣
