I got the croissant egg and ham sandwich with gluten free bread substitute along with a chocolate gluten free donut. All of it even the donut was bland. I strive for flavor and this was worse than what I make myself. I also could feel myself getting sick after 3 bites of the sandwich. After my body worked through the nausea, I was able to eat the ham and eggs. The bread is what made me sick. I waited till a few hours after to try the donut. The Donut didn’t make me sick but again, no flavor.

Had a breakfast sandwich subbed gluten free bread. The upcharge of $3 for my bread to be so mushy and falling apart was disappointing but I mean at least it was gluten free. Had no reaction but overall was too expensive for what you got. I also got a donut which I noticed was from the same case as the regular pastry’s and they did seem to use the same tongs for everything.

This place is delicious!! They have lots of gluten free options. I had the gf breakfast avocado toast and a gf lemon blueberry donut. This place should be on your list if you are in St. George.

This is a very cozy spot with a great vibe. I could sit here all day soaking in the chill. We had the Wall Street Tacos and Cowboy Bowl. Both were good. We liked the tacos a little better. They are on almond flour tortillas. They also have an impressive list of coffee drinks. I had the keto Salted Carmel Latte. Very good. I would definitely come back when I’m back in St George.

I was excited to try a gluten free donut, but was immediately concerned that the GF items were on the bottom shelf of a shared pastry display. Then I noticed tongs were being used to remove pastry items. I asked if they used shared tongs to remove both gluten and gluten free items. The answer was yes. She also pointed out a sign on the display case stating there's always a chance for cross contact. She did offer to use gloves, but it wasn't worth the risk to me. I understand the inherent risk of shared kitchens, but you are almost guaranteeing cross contact if you don't take even the slightest precautions. I'm frustrated and disappointed.
