Staff knows about ingredients and the person that I asked was super friendly.

But only the salad is for sure without contamination. Because they don't have a dedicated oven only for the gluten free stuff. So they put the GF stuff in the oven together with sandwiches that contain gluten. They put the GF stuff it in a try but it is not covered and its a circulating air oven.

This and the other Fika are excellent places to eat gf. The food is tasty but most of all they know what they are serving and will tell you everything that’s in the food without making you feel like you are bothering them. They are mostly unable to change anything about their food, so you can’t order a sandwich with no mayo as an example.
