Cute little place. By the time we got here for brunch, they were sold out of the two things I hoped to try (mochi beignets and potato waffle). I had the Colorado scramble with grits instead and it was delicious. I did not get sick. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Seattle.

Came here as an out-of town visitor with a friend for brunch and was pleasantly surprised by the options! I am the only gluten-free person in the group and cafe flora was an easy choice for everyone to find a yummy meal! They do charge for GF (as most places do) but made sure that they confirmed my allergy back to me after placing my order so I was not worried about a gluten-oopsies. Fun atmosphere, extremely kind staff, and a super fun overall experience for a girls brunch or any other occasion.

One of my favorite brunches in Seattle. Atmosphere is lovely, staff is super friendly, and GF items are clearly marked. Many GF options, including mochi beignets! Breakfast potatoes are safe, yay!

Came for brunch and was reassured they can take extra precautions for people with celiac disease. Good variety of options and the menu is clearly marked. I had the mochi beignets and cherry chocolate waffle. They were both a bit dense but flavors were good. Super cute place for brunch.

Edit: Came again for dinner and had less options, maybe because my server this time was more realistic about cross contamination risk. The shared grill limited options so I went with a salad as well as yam fries (dedicated fryer).

This cafe is always a safe bet for gluten free options. While I’m not vegetarian, you truly do not miss the meat with this creative, local and seasonal menu. I do need to avoid dairy and eggs though due to allergies. I was very impressed with the kale artichoke dip with gf pitas. Nettle pesto risotto fantastic. Best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had (vegan aioli, dream come true).

The food was delicious! We had the burrata and the artichoke dip as an appetizer and I had the French dip for my entree with their house made GF pita. They have a dedicated GF fryer for the fries and other fried menu items. All vegetarian with lots of vegan options as well highly recommend!

I have been here many times. I am gluten-free and dairy free and they are able to give me some interesting selections. I love the sit down meals. I also love the baked goods in the case, there are always at least a couple that are gluten-free. I have never had issues with gluten or dairy being accidentally given to me. The only thing that has happened is that they sometimes forget that I can’t eat eggs; when I order eggs they sometimes give me tofu egg substitute because they must figure I have so many allergies that I am vegan, too. I’m fine with that, I figured that that’s One of my vegan meals.

WOW! I had the gf/vegan cornmeal waffle with rhubarb, oat crumble, and pepita butter. I also had the yam fries. They have a dedicated fryer. It was unique and delicious! I had no issues!

Flora used to be fantastic at allergies, but the new kitchen has a habit of putting dairy and gluten in dairy and gluten-free orders. I've gotten real wheat croutons in a gluten free salad; thankfully I knew that it was supposed to have pistachios instead and sent it back. Still, disappointing that I can't trust them anymore.

I have got the two times I ate something marked gluten free. They do not care about cross contamination and it will make you sick. I will not give them a third chance to poison me.

Great selection of GF options. Besides GF, I'm actually on a very restricted diet currently and they were able to accommodate all my substitution, exclusion and addition requests. They were fantastic!

Used to eat here all the time when I first went gf. Got sick twice when eating here so I stopped going.

Many gluten free options and delicious brunch and pizzas. Things are very clearly noted what is GF.
