Review of Cafe Gratitude

Sadly, I have to give this place a terrible review. While the menu claims that all items are GF except for the bread, I had a truly horrible reaction here. I was greeted very knowledgeably by the manager letting me know that the grilled veggies were the only possible cross contamination since they grill them on the same grill as their regular bread. I ordered a quinoa pasta with GF bread crumbs in top. Assured there was no possibility of cross contamination. Half way through eating, though very tasty, I noticed a pile of said veggies baked into my pasta. Ugh. I blew up and my throat started to swell. The staff is very friendly, and was attentive, but I still was glutened anyways. Avoid if serious allergies. :(
