I’ve never had worse service at any restaurant (asking multiple times for silverware, no water, and went when place empty) and been less confident in a wait staff on food. Lots of GF menu options, that aren’t celiac safe. You have to pry for answers too, I had to talk to multiple people to get answers about prep space and ingredients. One person would say safe, another correct it.

Ordered take out, yogurt bowl and cinnamon roll. Took over 20 min to finally get it and I was standing inside waiting the whole time. When it was bagged - girl put it on the shelf and walked away. I asked if we were supposed to grab it off the shelf. She said no, it might not have all the items. She asked my name and then said “oh yeah that’s yours.” Disappointed

Amazing restaurant!!!! Incredibly celiac friendly. They are very knowledgeable and the waiter brought me a menu of what I can eat safely. They’ve been trained on allergens. The manager also came over as soon as they knew I had celiac. She took the courtesy to explain how they would prepare my food and assured me that the cooking area would be wiped down to avoid cross contamination to the best of their abilities. She also made sure I knew they take celiac very seriously. Most of the items on the menu are gluten free already and those that aren’t say it. I ate here for lunch and dinner almost every day while in SD. The attention to my dietary needs was amazing and I didn’t get sick. The food is soooo good too! I’m also dairy free so it was perfect

It was great to find this place while visiting San Diego. There menu is basically plant-based and mostly gluten free. Delicious food I had the Humble curry bowl and it was fantastic . And enough for lunch and dinner :) wonderful! The staff was welcoming and great as well.

Loved this place. Immediately felt comfortable and safe for GF. Great positive vibes and the food was wow good. Very 'grateful' for this place.

Wow! Amazing! The food is excellent and I love the extra details of how to order and the co versatile piece after you order! Had the donut, cinnamon roll, chiche, and potatoes. All perfect!! Love this place! Very gluten friendly!

Loved this restaurant so much. Everything is labeled whether it’s gf or not and is all vegan. I got the raw pesto, my husband got the black bean burger, which came with a gf bun and gf fries. So so good and satisfied with everything.

Our waitress told me "There will be cross contamination" as they make pizza with gluten flour. I did not eat anything here.

This place is great if you are celiac. It is not a dedicated kitchen but they are extremely knowledgeable and once my husband told them he was celiac the manager came over to discuss everything. The fryer only fries gluten free items and as long as you tell them you’re celiac they will wipe down the equipment between use. No issues here and great food!!

Delicious food. Most food is gluten free. Not noted on menu but servers are very helpful and will tell you about substitute for the few items that are.

Great and knowledgable staff and amazing food!! I had the polenta and oh my gosh! My husband does not like vegetarian/vegan food and he even loved his eggplant panini (not gluten free). Would definitely go back here again. I have celiac and had no reaction.

Hands down best gf veggie burger I've ever had!! So much flavor. Went back again and again lunch and dinner is so delicious and flavorful. Loved the honey sesame chocolate squares and raw vegan key lime pie. Mint chocolate chip smoothie shake was super yummy.

They have gluten free options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their food is really good, high quality, plant based and all organic. Highly recommend!
