This is an Italian restaurant serving gluten free pasta. They will cook your pasta separate along with your whole dish. They do not have items marked on the menu, and there is no gluten free bread, but the owner took me through the plates offered and told me he could substitute GF spaghetti, penne, fettuccine, for most of the dishes. Lasagna and manicotti were out, but seeing how this place is an oasis in the middle of gluten town, I was happy. I ordered the shrimp pesto with fettuccine, and although they could use a little practice with cooking the GF pasta (it has a bit under cooked in places) I have a feeling y review will help there. They were not even listed in this app, and the fact that they take the time to cook the pasta safely is a game changer. My dish and my husband's regular dish was delicious! It's in a strip mall, but is decorated lovely with white tablecloths. There is only a slight mention at the top of the menu that they can substitute GF pasta. I'm so glad I called and followed up on that.
