They said they fry their chips each day in the fryer first before anything else goes in. I am very sensitive and had no issues. I had shrimp fajitas and my celiac son had enchiladas verdes which were delicious.

Almost everything can be made gluten-free. Mention you have a gluten allergy and they will take precautions in the kitchen. I had chicken enchiladas and chips and salsa and had no issues or reactions.

Loved it! The servers were attentive and helped me choose a good gluten free meal. My husband and I really enjoyed the chips, salsa, water, and thr meal - did not need dessert. No reactions! That's ghe best part.

Our host, server (who was a bartender) and manager were all AMAZING. The manager came over to tell me about what things were safe and not and about their kitchen practices. Food was delicious & drinks were good as well!!
