This is one of the original Spanish tapas places in the city opened in the 90s... and it still feels that way. Menu items aren’t labeled gluten free but servers are knowledgeable about which items contain gluten. However, this restaurant does not have as many GF items as you would expect. This is because they use sauces (thickened with what I suspect flour) on nearly everything. A few items were able to be modified though. Point being, there are so many Spanish tapas restaurants in the city now, most of which offer extensive and naturally gluten free items. This restaurant needs to step up with the times and update their menu. Still giving them 4 stars because they understand gluten free and I feel fine the next day.
