Cafe Juanita

Cafe Juanita was incredible. I’d say it’s on par with Canlis with respect to both the quality of the food and the service and with how knowledgeable they were and how easily they adapted the menu to be gluten-free. They make their own gluten-free pasta and bread, and both were among the best I’ve ever had (including in Italy). I chose the vegetarian tasting menu, but there are also vegan, pescatarian, and “omnivore” options. For each course, they made a point of confirming that the dish was gluten-free for me, which I really appreciated. Obviously, this place is very expensive, but I would highly recommend it for a special occasion.
