The only GF food was a tiny grilled cheese and cost 15$… Otherwise, the coffee’s good.

Staff did not know what items were gluten free. Macaroons were the only thing on the menu that they said were gluten free, after looking them up. Did not try them.

Latte was ok. I would not think this is a safe place to eat for celiacs though, so I skipped the food.
It has gluten free friendly but it has only 3 GF Friendly options. It has caramel brownies, macrons, and a fig bar. If you do not like the options, this is not the place for you.
There were a few of these coffee shops in Quebec City, I do not know if that qualifies as a “chain”...but they have gluten free pastries that are Amazing. I got the date, pumpkin seeds roll my wife got the macaroons...yum! The coffee was also great.... I got the shot in well. Very accommodating staff...the person who waited on me used contaminated tongs to pick up my pastry... with some explaining [mostly understanding my English] she traded the piece for a new one.....this time picked up with a newly gloved hand ..Very friendly...no eye rolls...well worth the scrutiny needed to safely enjoy their gluten free products....
