I ordered the chorizo egg scramble, without the tortilla. The hostess understood that celiac is a big deal, and even had the kitchen leave the sour cream off my dish because she noticed I ordered a dairy free latte. They assured me that the egg dish would be safe because it’s cooked in a separate clean pan, not on a griddle with bread products and I felt fine!
