The owner is careful to make sure that the components of the oatmeal bowls and protein powders are GF when asked, and even allowed me to read the ingredients myself to be sure. I have never had a problem here, and I have issues with contamination.

They offermade quinoa bowls, fruit bowls, salads, and smoothies which are delicious and made with fresh/healthy ingredients . Almost everything is gluten free including their amazing homemade gluten free granola!
