Helpful wait staff and manager. As others have said, the menu isn’t marked but they will help you find something you can eat. Very attentive and made sure I wasn’t tasting any of my husbands gluteny dishes. They have really tasty GF rolls. Food is nothing special, portions are small, and it was one of the most expensive meals of our trip, but I was grateful as it was one of the only places open for Sunday dinner in March.

We stopped here for some lunch. The items aren’t marked on the menu as GF but the waiter was very knowledgable and there’s an allergy sheet. The fresh gluten free warm rolls were amazing 😍 I also had a rotisserie chicks with potatoes and spinach - very nice.

Great restaurant in the center is Sintra, menu not marked with any gluten free items, but the staff were very knowledgeable. Beautiful outdoor seating area with shade.

Delicious meal in a fancy setting. No mention of gluten on the menu, but the server was very clear about what was safe for me. I had grilled fish, which was excellent.

Nice little place. Gluten free options were not clearly marked on the menu, but waitstaff were helpful. Not sure how much they take into consideration with cross contamination risks though. I went with a fish meal, they said it was seasoned with olive oil and salt, and grilled away from breaded items.

Beautiful restaurant with beautiful views. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had caldo verde and a giant juice.

Beautiful setting just in front of the national palace of Sintra. Staff were very aware of any good containing gluten. Felt very assured that everything ordered was safe. We had garlic prawns some olives, and a beautiful almond cake called toucinho do Ceu. Great service.
