The waitress was knowledgeable about which menu items were gluten free and which were not and even offered sliced cucumbers for my humus. I doubt their kitchen is set up to prevent cross contamination though.

This place has GF Gyro! Nuf said.... It’s Mediterranean food so most things are naturally GF. The pita isn’t GF, but I’ve only come across GF pita in Phoenix AZ. I can’t find GF Gyro anywhere, so I was stoked. And, it was really good. The only downside is that they really don’t know much about Gluten. When I dared ask if the Tiramisu was GF, they said yes and I didn’t trust it. After asking a bunch of questions I found out that it isn’t and that they aren’t really clear on what Gluten is. I did verify there is no flour, breadcrumbs or soy sauce in the gyro. Just meat and seasoning.
