Review of Cafe Regis

There is not a gluten-free menu at this place. Salad was good. But the waitstaff was uneducated when it came to what foods on their menu contained gluten. Took four different people to offer up information that was lacking confidence in what ingredients were actually in their food. The cook was very helpful. So overall from a gluten-free diner perspective, my experience was disappointing.
