We stopped in for lunch today and there is a gluten free roll that is individually packaged so there is no cross contamination. I had the California Chicken wrap on the new gf roll. Not only does this cafe support people of all abilities with employment, it offers savory and sweet gluten free yummies.

I eat here multiple times a week every summer and I’ve never gotten sick. I love this place for a quick bagel, smoothie, or muffin. They write allergy on the order and prepare it separately.

Delicious breakfast and lunch sandwiches, protein shakes with pea protein & coffees! The staff are very sweet, aware and knowledgeable about Celiac and gluten sensitivities. They even have a separate toaster. Gluten free bagels, bread and fresh baked sweets - Must try!

I had a GF bagel---first bagel since celiac diagnosis 10 years ago. I asked if they had a safe place to toast it and they told me they have a separate toaster---glad to hear they definitely understood. I had with it the carrot/ginger soup, which was excellent. One caveat: the people at the register, which is where you place the order, seemed to know certain things but were not all that well-trained in GF. I asked if I could get their 'Pilgrim Sandwich" as GF: turkey, stuffing, gravy. Sounded great. The young lady said, sure, they'd put it all on a piece of GF bread. I explained that the stuffing and gravy both had to be GF, and the turkey of course safe, for it to all be safe for me. "Oh", she said, "then I guess you can't have that". So, just one of those places where you have to remember that you're ultimately the one responsible to keep yourself safe. It was a delicious meal, very reasonably priced (my vegetarian daughter enjoyed her meal too) all for under $20. I'd go again.....and remember to ask my questions.

They are able to make the sandwiches and wraps gluten free! There's also some gluten free muffins and pastries. They had a few other things, so I would call and see what they have that day because I don't think their online menu is up to date. It's a really cozy cafe, and it provides vocational training to Riverview School’s GROW students (www.riverviewschool.org/GROW).
